How would you like to welcome your new born baby at such a time? We midwives are here to help you have a personalized birth.
We share the precious time of childbirth. We will ask you about your hopes and ideals, whether you want to welcome your baby quietly alone with your midwife, with your whole family as usual, or in a relaxed manner with your partner. Ultimately, your baby will decide the timing of her/his birth.

We hope that you will give birth surrounded by people with whom you feel most comfortable.

We hope you will have your childbirth in a place where you feel comfortable – your home, your parents’ home, a midwifery center, clinic, or hospital. It is best to give birth in a place where you feel comfortable.

Uruha Midwifery Clinic is affiliated with Juntendo University Shizuoka Hospital as a partner in the event that medical care is required.
In addition, intravenous (IV) fluids (such as antibiotics) may be administered when necessary, during delivery.

We do not perform episiotomy. We will help you ensure that the perineum is fully stretched.
In case of complications or pre-existing medical conditions, it may be necessary to deliver the baby in a hospital. Please consult with us.
